2018 Annual Fall CCP Exam Registration is Now Closed

Late registration (After Oct 1 but before Oct 10,2018) includes a $35 late registration fee for the Next CCP Exam Saturday morning, November 10, 2018, in most major cities nationwide in the USA and Canada.  The exam will begin at 9:00 AM and conclude at 12:00 PM in your respective time zone.  Exact locations for this exam will not be determined until registrations have been received and closed on or before October 1st.  There will be no CCP Primer Class prior to this exam.  This exam is self-study based on the content of the text Freight Claims in Plain English, 4th Edition.

Signing up to sit for the CCP Exam is a 2-stage process. 

First, click on this link to download the 3-page CCP Exam Application.  Complete all 3 pages of the Application. Pages 2 & 3 of the Application is the Calculation of Points Form. You must have a minimum of 100 Points (25 points must be from actual cargo claim handling) to qualify for this exam. Scan and attach supporting documentation such as your work history, as it pertains to cargo claims and copies of transcripts, certificates, diploma’s if you are claiming educational qualification points on the Application and email it to [email protected]   

Second, complete the on-line registration below and pay on-line with a major credit card or complete the on-line registration and opt to pay later with a check by mail. Registration and Application to take the exam will not be considered complete until payment of the CCP Exam Fee of $275.00 + $35 Late Fee has been received by CCPAC, Inc.  

The reference text for the exam is Freight Claims in Plain English, 4th Edition. If you do not have a copy of this two-volume text, you can purchase it at the CCPAC website on-line Book Store. Once CCPAC has received your CCP Exam Fee you will receive a User ID and PW to purchase this text or CD at a discount off Publishers Price  (CCPAC Member Pricing) once you register and pay the CCP Exam registration fee. The cost of the text is not included in the CCP Exam fee. 

To open the on-line registration and payment form: In the “Option” field below, “Select Option” from the drop-down menu “CCP Exam Only”  and then click on “Add to Cart” one time.  Be sure your Cart has only has 1 item. Complete the the Security Feature at the bottom of the Application before submitting the application.  Your Pop-Up Blocker must be turned “Off” in order for the registration form to open.
