Congratulations to James Cook, CCP who is a Cargo Claims Analyst with MIQ Logistics, LLC. James fills the position vacated by Marcus Hickey when Marcus left the industry a year ago to pursue other intestests.Jim has six years of experience in supply chain logistics, working with Freight Audit and Pay, Overcharge Claims, and Cargo Claims. Jim currently serves as a Cargo Claims Analyst for MIQ Logistics, LLC, a provider of global transportation and distribution services in North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. Jim became a CCP in 2010, and has also earned a Certificate of Professional Recognition from the Institute of Logistical Management for the successful completion of the Freight Claims Management course.
